Covered Bridges - Mostly in Chester County PA
Chester County Pennsylvania has 13 Covered Bridges within its borders, 1 joining with Delaware County and 2 joining with Lancaster County. After buying our first Corvette, we took a series of drives to visit all of them. This has continued with the second Corvette, and we have seen 13 bridges. 12 are pictured below. The 13th is the Larkin Bridge, which is in Marsh Creek State Park and is not accessible by car (so we walked it). 2 other bridges (Speakman #2 and Hayes-Clark) are on private property and not accessible to the public without appointment. The final bridge, Pine Grove, is still on the list.
